Well the rumour mill has been working overtime since last Thursday, all of which has kept Don very busy. Fortunately, all is neatly summarised here in his news summary, together with news on our latest French arrival David Sommeil.

We’ve also an excellent report from Gav on the reserves’ latest victory – still topping the table and great to see so many fans turning out to support them, double the usual attendances and a long way from those days where I recall less than 100 hardy souls 3 or 4 years back.

We also have plenty of opinion on signings, media, stadium, roads and a few requests.

No action for us this weekend, but the youngsters are playing host to Everton and we have the prospect of another mini-derby on Monday night at Hyde for the Manchester Senior Cup.
